Becoming who I was

In northern India's mountainous Ladakh region, a young boy is discovered to be the reincarnation of an esteemed Tibetan monk. Born displaced from his original monastery in Tibet, the boy and his elderly godfather embark on a gruelling trek across India to return to his rightful monastery before it's too late.

Beautifully and discreetly shot by Moon Chang-Yong, this film charts their journey over Northern India’s sparsely populated and unforgiving mountains.  It is a heart-wrenching tale of unconditional love and  a tribute to the power of spiritual belief.  One of my absolute favourite films of all time….
